“Gather” embodies the core principles of community, holistic healing, and connection. It emphasizes that wellness thrives through collective support—where shared experiences and mutual care enhance the healing process. By integrating various healing modalities such as acupuncture, gua sha, and herbal medicine, we address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Gathering represents intentionality and mindfulness, focusing on the journey of healing in the present moment. We aim to empower patients by helping them gather the tools and knowledge needed to support their own wellness.
 
“Rise” reflects the transformation that follows. As we gather insight, balance, and awareness, we begin to rise—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Rising symbolizes renewal and resilience: the natural upward movement that occurs when harmony is restored. It’s about helping each patient lift from stagnation into flow, from exhaustion into vitality, and from survival into presence.

Together, Gather and Rise represent the cyclical balance of yin and yang—Gather as the yin: receptive, grounding, and introspective; and Rise as the yang: expressive, active, and expansive.
